Description

During the printing of paper money, various errors can occur. These may include double denominations, misaligned or inverted backs, obstructions between the printing cylinder and paper, overprinted seals, and serial numbers that are inverted, misaligned, or missing. Cutting issues can also arise due to dull blades, paper jams, or folding errors, such as gutter folds and "butterfly" folds, which happen when wrinkles or folds in the paper cause part of the sheet to fold over before printing. Fortunately, such mistakes are rare, and when they do occur, they are typically identified and corrected immediately.
